Julia Hofley, popular and well-respected professional garden writer, lecturer, and lifelong plant enthusiast, will share her personal experiences on Entertaining in the Garden. Julia and husband Eric, publisher of the former Michigan Gardener magazine, have entertained many guests in their one-acre garden, which contains over 5,000 colorful plants. Their beautiful, vibrant garden was gradually developed by transforming a former overgrown area filled with invasive plants into an attraction featured on many garden tours and other events. Guests who view their lovely gardens, leave inspired to adopt techniques and ideas they learned into their own gardens.
