Christina Funk, lead naturalist at Stage Nature Center in Troy, MI, returns this fall for a “lively” program, All About Owls.  She will discuss their habitats, identification, food sources, nesting requirements and why owls are beneficial garden inhabitants. Christina will also bring a live owl or two to the program to show, in person, their unique and beautiful features. The program is co-sponsored by the Grosse Pointe Garden Center and The Garden Club of Michigan. Admission is free. Advanced registration is required and will be available in late September.
