Claire Mitchell lives in England and is a trained RHS horticulturalist with a passion for sustainability, she brings gardening into the 21st century in an environmentally friendly, ethical way. Claire runs The Garden Editor, a horticulture advice and design consultancy focused on sustainable practices to help people improve their gardens without costing the earth. She specializes in bringing the latest on climate change to life in an accessible way, as well as through plant combinations, and planting designs used in her work. She also is associated with Hardys Cottage Garden Plants, who have won over 25 prestigious Chelsea Gold Medals from the Royal Horticultural Society for their herbaceous perennials. Claire was also awarded an RHS bursary to study the Oudolf Garden Detroit on maintenance of naturalistic planting design.
